At TheJKBazar, we strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept return requests only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

• The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

To request a return, please email us at prabjotsinghdropship@gmail.com with your Order ID, clear photos or videos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind.

• Incorrect size selection by the customer.

• Minor color variations due to screen settings or lighting.

• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

• Items without original packaging or tags.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after receiving the customer's bank details.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photographs. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
